Brampton motorcyclist seriously injured in crash, roads remain closed

A motorcyclist in Brampton is in hospital with serious injuries after a single vehicle crash.
Peel Police announced the crash at 8:10 p.m. after receiving the call about an hour earlier. Investigators attended the residential Wanless Dr and Brisdale Dr area of the city, finding the motorcyclist suffering serious injuries.
The motorcyclist, described as a “male youth” by police, was rushed to a trauma centre for treatment. Investigators have closed Wanless Dr east of Brisdale to collect evidence.
Police advises driver to avoid the area and use alternate routes while they complete their investigation. PRPS had no other information.
