Brampton Man Wanted in Human Trafficking Investigation

Two suspects have been arrested and one suspect is outstanding in a human trafficking investigation, police say.

York Regional Police said that on Wednesday March 7, a victim came forward to police with information and seeking assistance. Police subsequently began an investigation into a human trafficking incident.
Police said on Monday March 26 that a man and a woman have been arrested and charged and a third man is sought.
Deyshon Palmer, 22, of Brampton, has been charged with:
- Trafficking in Persons
- Material Benefit Resulting from Trafficking in Persons
- Material Benefit from Sexual Services
- Procuring/ Exercising Control
- Use of a Firearm During the Commission of an Offence
- Pointing a Firearm
- Possession of a Weapon
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
- Possession of Cannabis
Alexandra Manner, 21, of Burlington, has been charged with:
- Trafficking in Persons
- Material Benefit Resulting from Trafficking in Persons
- Material Benefit from Sexual Services
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
- Possession of Cannabis
Marvin Bryan, 39, of Brampton, seen in our cover photo is outstanding. The suspect is wanted for:
- Trafficking in Persons
- Assault
- Witholding or Destroying Documents in Relation to Trafficking in Persons
- Fail to Comply with Recognizance
