Brampton man killed in motorcycle crash in Vaughan

A 35-year-old Brampton man is dead after crashing his motorcycle in Vaughan.

The OPP reports they learned of a crash after numerous 911 calls on June 25. The callers said a motorcycle crashed on Hwy 407 near the intersection with Hwy. 27, just over the border from Brampton.

When responding OPP arrived they found Peel paramedics already working on the man. While they tried life-saving measures, he died on scene.

Police located the motorcycle down the road heavily damaged. Investigators with the OPP and the Coroner’s Office closed down the eastbound Hwy. 407 for several hours. The OPP Traffic Unit is spearheading the investigation with assistance from the Crime Unit.
