A 30-year-old man from Brampton is facing 10 charges related to the alleged sexual and luring of a 13-year-old victim.
The York Regional Police say officers began investigating the case in October after learning that a young victim was approached in Brampton’s Chinguacousy Park this past summer.
“Over the course of the summer, the accused had a non-consensual sexual relationship with the victim multiple times, including in his vehicle and in his home,” police said in a statement.

- Sexual Assault x4
- Sexual Interference – Person Under 16 x4
- Forcible Confinement
- Luring a Person Under 16
Police say Scarlett is possibly employed in the medical field and may have previously been employed at a school in Peel Region.
Investigators have released a photo of the accused and are urging any additional victims or witnesses to come forward.
