Brampton man charged in drug trafficking investigation

Multiple criminal charges have been laid on a 27-year-old man in connection with a drug trafficking investigation today (Sept. 14).

In August 2023, Caledon’s Street Crime Unit initiated a drug trafficking investigation in an effort to combat illegal drug activities in the region.

This investigation involved the utilization of various investigative techniques and support from multiple units including those in Orillia, the City of Kawartha Lakes, and Collingwood.

Authorities were given permits to look for illegal substances at two locations and a vehicle.

Subsequently, they were able to arrest Nathaniel Bryan from Brampton, and laid 8 criminal charges against him including trafficking substances – Fentanyl,  possession of a substance purpose of trafficking- Cocaine, failing to comply with police and more.

Bryan was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville.
