Paramanantharaja Sivananthan of Brampton has won $1 million with ENCORE in the August 13, 2019 LOTTO MAX draw after matching all seven ENCORE numbers in exact order.

“At first, I couldn’t believe it. I called my wife immediately to share the good news,” the 63-year-old sales director told OLG. 

With his winnings, Sivananthan plans to pay off some debts.

The winning ticket was purchased at Shell on Bramalea Road in Brampton.
