Brampton Library to host monthly Super Smash Bros. tournament with prizes

Smash players of all skill levels are invited to show their stuff at the Brampton Library, and possibly win a prize.
A monthly Super Smash Bros. tournament will be held at the Brampton Library’s Four Corners branch and is open to all entrants 18 years and older.
The tournament is free to enter.
The first event — happening this Saturday, March 25 — will have up to 32 players competing in Project+, a mod for Super Smash Bros. Brawl that makes the gameplay more similar to that of its predecessor, Melee.
The Brampton Library has sponsored the event and will offer a Best Buy gift card to the top 3 players:
- 1st place: $50 Best Buy gift card
- 2nd place: $30 Best Buy gift card
- 3rd place: $20 Best Buy gift card
The Brampton Library’s Four Corners branch is located downtown at 65 Queen St E.
