Brampton Library materials now available right at your fingertips

Brampton residents may want to turn off their Netflix because, with Brampton Library’s new app, their quarantine plans may have just changed for the better.

Brampton Library recently announced the launch of its new mobile app giving users access to a wide range of free materials and services.

According to a release, users can now enjoy instant access to their Brampton Library membership benefits, discover new books, ebooks, audiobooks, movies, TV shows, newspapers, magazines, online learning and much more.

Users will also be able to place holds, renew borrowed items, check due dates and select a pickup location.

Lastly, users will be able to stay up to date with programs and special events happening at the library and also benefit from the intuitive built-in features, including Scan ISBN and Self-Checkout.

A how-to video has been released which will provide more details about the app.
