This summer, the city of Brampton is launching a new user-friendly online recreation registration system. 

This summer, the city of Brampton is launching a new user-friendly online recreation registration system. 

The new software, which is cloud-based, will provide improved customer service to residents through mobile-friendly access to program registrations, customized account settings and up-to-date communications about programs and services.

New system features include easier sign in and navigation, enhanced search filters and automated email notifications for reminders, cancellations and waitlists.

As the city of Brampton prepares to transition to the new software, they are asking current recreation users to take a moment to update their accounts, which will ensure that up-to-date and accurate contact information is migrated to the new registration system.
