Brampton intersection partially closed after driver strikes pedestrian

A major intersection in Brampton was partially closed on Friday night after a collision between a driver and a pedestrian.
Peel Regional Police stated that westbound traffic on Vodden Street East at Kennedy Road has been closed for the collision investigation. The male pedestrian who was struck has non-life-threatening injuries. The driver remained at the scene.
For the time being, motorists are advised to take alternate routes.
