Brampton hosts haunted house, food truck and hay ride events for Halloween this month

Get ready for a spooky month in Brampton — Fright Nights are on just in time for Halloween.
The family-friendly events include balloon artists, entertainment, marshmallow roasting and more. All are free with the donation of a non-perishable food item.
First up is a hay ride event at Loafers Lake Recreation Centre, 30 Loafers Lake Lane on Friday, Oct. 14. Other activities include a haunted house, face painting, balloon twisting, magician, airbrush tattoos, a photo booth, mascots, food trucks, games, and crafts.
A haunted house comes to Gore Meadows Community Centre, 10150 The Gore Rd. on Friday, Oct. 21. Food trucks, mascots, airbrush tattoos, a photo booth, balloon twisting, magician, games, a harvest maze, and crafts are also part of the event.
Join a spooky skate on Saturday, Oct. 22 at Greenbriar Recreation Centre, 1100 Central Park Dr. This event also includes food trucks, hay rides, mascots, airbrush tattoos, a photo booth, balloon twisting, magician, games, a harvest maze, and crafts.
Walk into a haunted forest, if you dare, on Friday, Oct. 28 at Professor’s Lake Recreation Centre, 1660 N. Park Dr. This event also includes food trucks, hay rides, mascots, airbrush tattoos, a photo booth, balloon twisting, magician, games, a harvest maze, and crafts.
Lastly, one more haunted house is at Century Gardens Community Centre, 340 Vodden St. E. on Saturday, Oct. 29. Once you recover from the ghostly tour, there are also food trucks, hay rides, mascots, airbrush tattoos, a photo booth, balloon twisting, magician, games, a harvest maze, and crafts.
All events run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
