Brampton highway traffic backed up by lane closures

Traffic flow on a 400-series highway in Brampton was slowed by a collision on Tuesday night (Oct. 19).
The Ontario Ministry of Transportation said the three lanes, and the high-occupancy-vehicle (HOV) lane of southbound Hwy. 410 are blocked. The collision happened at Hwy. 407. A photo from the MTO’s social media accounts showed that a fire truck is at the scene.
The lanes reopened at 10:02 p.m., but it might be some time before traffic thins out.
