Brampton Gore Meadows Community Centre reopens after power line closure

Brampton bookworms and fitness junkies can head back to the Gore Meadows Community Centre and Brampton Library branch after closures yesterday (Aug. 17).

The City of Brampton closed the Gore Meadows Community Centre on Wednesday while crews worked to repair downed power lines in the area.

“Please be advised access to Gore Meadows Community Centre has reopened. Thank you for your patience,” the city said in a post on Twitter.

Amenities at the centre include group fitness studios, lap and leisure pools, a gymnasium, an outdoor splash pad and the Brampton Public Library Gore Meadows Branch.

The Gore Meadows Community Centre located at 10150 The Gore Rd.
