Brampton family taking European vacation thanks to $100,000 lottery win

A Brampton family is getting ready for the trip of a lifetime after scoring a huge $100,000 lottery prize.
Nenad Bodruzic lives in Brampton and regularly plays Lotto 6/49 and Lotto Max, and says he always “says yes” to an Encore draw.
The public service worker from Brampton said he was watching TV with his family when he decided to check some tickets on the OLG.
“I made a joke and said, ‘Now you’ll see me win’ and when I saw all the zeroes on the screen, I couldn’t believe my eyes,” Bodruzic said while picking up his winnings at the OLG prize centre in Toronto.
Bodruzic said the family all laughed and cheered with one another to celebrate the big win.
“That moment with my family was so special,” he said.

Bodruzic said he is planning to use the $100,000 to invest for retirement, pay down his mortgage and celebrate the win by taking the family on a trip to Europe.
Encore offers 22 ways to win and can be played in conjunction with most lottery games for an extra $1.00 with a draw every day.
The OLG says it supports safe play and responsible gambling through its PlaySmart program. The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada on Sandalwood Parkway in Brampton.
