Brampton Animal Services to the rescue as little stinker gets tangled up in plastic

Brampton Animal Services were on the scene today to help this little skunk get untangled from a beverage lid.

The skunk was found with the plastic lid around its neck and arm, but after sniffing out his whereabouts, the Animal Services team was able to rescue him and extract the offending piece of plastic. He will be released after getting medical clearance.

Brampton Animal Services remind everyone not to litter. Not only does litter mess up the streetscape, but it can cause some harm to our local critters.
