A Bowmanville man faces impaired driving charges after crashing his car into a ditch in Havelock.

A car drove off the road on County Rd. 46 in Havelock shortly before 11 p.m. on Jun. 7. A passerby witnessed the car and reported it to police, noting they believed the driver was impaired. When OPP officers arrived they also concluded the driver was impaired. The driver was not injured in the crash.
