A bomb threat at Coronation School in east Oshawa has been determined to be a hoax.
Students and staff were evacuated shortly after nine this morning from the school, which is located near Adelaide Ave. E. and Wilson Rd. N., as a “precaution” while police looked for the possible presence of a bomb.
Durham Police said in a tweet released just before 11 a.m. that “the threat was determined to be a hoax. The school has been cleared and re-opened.”
