Lightning has struck twice for a Bolton man who has won two seperate $100,000 Lotto 6/49 draws.

Shawinder Lailna says he is a regular lottery player who loves to play Lotto 6/49.

The Bolton retiree and father cashed in $100,000 with an Encore win in 2008, and just last month won a second $100,000 jackpot.

“I saw all the zeroes and I was questioning what I was seeing. I was shocked,” he said.

The lucky Bolton resident said he realised he won when he checked his ticket at the store.

Lailna told his family about his win right away and said he plans to share his win with family and enjoy a vacation on the beach.

“I feel very good. I was so excited and ready to come to the Prize Centre,” he smiled.

The winning ticket was purchased at Petro Canada on Highway 27 in Nobleton.

OLG is booking in-person prize claim appointments at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto, with prize winners between $1,000 and $49,999.90 encouraged to submit their claims online or mail them.
