After being put on pause for two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a beloved annual fall fair is returning to the Milton Fairgrounds this weekend.

The annual fair has roots dating back to 1853 and will offer the community a chance to explore agriculture while learning about all things rural.

This year’s event, which is being hosted by the Milton Agricultural Society, will take place at 136 Robert St. from Sept. 23 to Sept. 25.

All weekend long, the fair will feature a variety of activities and fun for the whole family.

The event will kick off on Friday with a market stage, food vendors, a display barn, a beer tent and live entertainment.

Throughout the rest of the weekend, attendees will be able to check out a demolition derby and classic car show.

Additionally, the fair will feature products such as vegetables, fruits, miscellaneous produce, crafts, antiques and collectibles, flowers, plants, arts and crafts, creative photography and more.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the gates.
