The Canadian Automotive Museum is celebrating ten years of a partnership with the City of Oshawa, BONDST and 70 King Markets on historical walking tours of downtown Oshawa.
Museum board member Greg Johnston will be leading the tour of the city’s automotive history this Saturday on the downtown streets where public art, downtown businesses and local landmarks connect to the people and places behind Oshawa’s auto heritage.
The tour ends on the museum floor with participants getting a closer look at 100-plus years of locally built cars.
The tour runs from 10:30 a.m. to noon, ending in time to watch Canada play Morocco in a World Cup round-of-16 elimination game.
Details on the walking tours can be found at canadianautomotivemuseum.com
