Armed suspects flee attempted bank robbery in Mississauga

Officers are searching for two suspects following an incident this afternoon.
Police were called shortly after 4:00 p.m. for an attempted bank robbery in the area of Britannia and Mavis Road.
Two male suspects armed with guns were seen standing at the doors.
Upon realizing the doors were locked and they couldn’t get in, the suspects fled the scene.
They are described as two males wearing dark clothing with their faces covered. They may have fled in a white SUV, police say.
No injuries have been reported.
