Armed jewelry store robbery leads to manhunt for three suspects in Mississauga

The armed robbery of a jewelry store in Mississauga has led to a manhunt for three suspects.

Peel Regional Police reported they received a 911 call from a jewelry store on Queen St. and Kerr St. in Streetsville shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Apr. 4.

Police say three men stormed the store with unspecified weapons. They report the trio caused minor injuries but did not say if customers or employees were hurt.

The trio grabbed an unknown quantity of jewelry and fled the store in a car.

Police describe all three suspects as black men wearing medical masks and hooded sweaters.
