Nasty weather is set to continue throughout April 4 in the GTA.
After a rainy Wednesday which turned to snow in the evening, Thursday will be much of the same, according to Environment Canada. At 6 a.m. odds of a rain and snow mix will remain high from the night before at 80 per cent.
Temperatures will be unseasonably cold at 2 degrees to start and drop down to 1 by 8 a.m. They’ll bounce back up to 2 degrees shortly after and the day will remain much the same until around 5 p.m.
Wind becoming east 20 km/h gusting to 40 in the morning then light in the afternoon.
After that, the rain-snow mix will turn to just snow, but the chance of flurries will fall to 40 per cent as temperatures drop to 1 degree.
This will persist throughout Friday with another day of rain and snow. Temperatures will climb to about 6 degrees on Friday before a warmer, sunnier weekend.
