The Town of Milton is now accepting applications for the 2022 Community Fund Program, which supports not-for-profit organizations.

The program is meant for not-for-profit organizations that improve the quality of life in the community or enhance Milton’s image.

Additionally, the Community Fund Advisory Committee (CFAC) recommends organizations that provide artistic, cultural and recreational programs and services that benefit the community.

The program was created by Milton Council to allot funds received from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG)’s Mohawk location for the benefit of the community.

Since 2001, the Town has given over $7.1 million to the Milton community through this program.

The submission deadline for this year will be Sept. 12, 2022, at 4:30 p.m.

Approximately $250,000 will be available for distribution through cash grants for the 2022 program and successful applicants will be awarded funds in early January 2023.
