A Hamilton resident faces charges in connection with a threat against Ontario Premier Doug Ford.
The Ontario Provincial Police said they started an investigation into the threat on Feb. 22.
Lucas Bauer, 25, of Hamilton, was arrested and charged with one count of uttering threats to cause bodily harm or death, the OPP said today.
Bauer was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto on Monday, April 13.
This is the second person charged in connection with threats against Ford.
On Feb. 26, Ramy Jamil Hanna, 20, of Alliston, was arrested and charged with one count of uttering threats to cause harm.
