Another large lottery jackpot has been won in Canada.

The Lotto 6/49 $5 million classic jackpot was won in Saturday night’s draw.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation told INsauga.com that the winning ticket was sold in Quebec.

It marks the eighth time this year that the classic jackpot has been won.

The $1 million prize for the gold ball draw was won by a ticket sold in western Canada, the OLG said.

Wednesday’s Lotto 6/49 draw has the classic jackpot at its fixed $5 million, as well as the gold ball jackpot at $44 million, or the guaranteed $1 million prize.
