The Ontario government recently partnered with Metrolinx to provide GO bus mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinics and they’re heading to Milton again next week.
As a result of the partnership, some GO buses have been converted to ‘GO-VAXX’ busses, meant to target those who have yet to receive their first or second doses.
The bus will be coming to the Gordon Foods parking lot located at 2999 James Snow Pkwy North, on Oct. 18 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

No appointments are necessary and anyone ages 12 and over will be eligible to get their first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine while the buses are operating and supplies last.
Those interested in getting a vaccine will be required to bring their health cards or other government-issued photo ID.
The GO-VAXX buses are currently travelling to malls, festivals, community hubs and events across the Greater Golden Horseshoe Region.
They will operate as fully-functioning vaccine clinics with trained staff as well as the necessary supplies to administer vaccines safely.
Residents are reminded that all
safety precautions will be followed on board, such as the required pre-vaccination screening and post-vaccination monitoring. For more information, click here.
