A winter beer festival is set to return to the City of Burlington early next year.

The 8th Annual Burlington Winter Beer Festival, which is part of the Festival of Beer, is a celebration of beer and food pairings.

The event, in partnership with local restaurants, community-based organizations and progressive craft brewers, will take place at the Holiday Inn Burlington Hotel & Conference Centre, located at 3063 South Service Rd. from Mar. 3-4, 2023.

According to their website, the festival is set to feature a variety of brewers showcasing their finest offerings to help attendees with their “winter blahs”.

Some of the breweries, wineries and cider houses featured at the festival will include Anderson Craft Ales, Cameron’s Brewing Company, Clifford Brewing Co., Nickel Brook Brewing Co. and more.

Along with the various beverage options, there will also be several other activities and vendor partners to enjoy.

“Beer is as much a part of Canada as hockey is,” reads the event page’s website.

The event will run on Friday (Mar. 3) from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday (Mar. 4) from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Tickets will be available online only and start at $20.00.
