Annual ‘Italia Fest’ event happening soon in Milton

The 9th annual Italia Fest fundraiser event is happening soon in the Town of Milton.
In collaboration with La Rose Specialty Foods and Fine Italian Bakery, the Italian Cultural Centre of Milton (ICCM), will be hosting the annual event on Aug. 14 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in support of the Townsend Smith Foundation and the ICCM Building Fund.
The Townsend Smith Foundation is a charitable organization that has been working to build a hospice for North Halton.
The event will be an outdoor family festival and fundraiser that will celebrate Italian culture and heritage in Canada with Italians and all other cultures through food, dance, music and a sense of community.
