An explosion in a Stoney Creek home has Hamilton police and Fire Marshall investigating

Last night, on November 13th, 2021 at approximately 7:41 PM Hamilton police were called to a residence on Frances St. in Stoney Creek for an explosion.

A 33 year old man was taken to hospital with life altering injuries.  He is in critical but stable condition.

There was only minor damage to the residence.

Police will be holding the scene throughout the day.

The Ontario Fire Marshall and Divisional Detectives are investigating.
