KIDNAPPING: Police investigating possible kidnapping involving two children in Brampton

Officers are on scene this evening for what they believe is a potential kidnapping in Brampton this evening (Oct 2).
Police say they’re looking for a silver four-door Subaru Forrester with licence plate number CECN-596 in the area of Hansen Rd North and Queen St East.
A 36 year old woman is in the vehicle, as well as her two children (4-year-old boy and 2-month-old girl) and 27 year old male Daniel Lawrence.
Police say they are all known to each other.
Daniel Lawrence is described as wearing a maroon Adidas tracksuit with stripes down the side.
The vehicle was last seen going eastbound on Queen St towards Highway 410.

An Amber Alert is in the process of being initiated and a command post is being set up at the northwest corner of Queen and Hansen, police say.
There are concerns for the well-being of all of the vehicle’s occupants.
Anyone who sees the vehicle is asked to call 911.
