Amber alert called off as girls found safe

An amber alert has been called off after two missing girls have been found safe.
The alert ended earlier today for the two young Kitchener children who were reported missing by Waterloo Regional Police.
Two people have been arrested in connection with this case.
The alert was issued late last night following the abduction and the stabbing of two men.
