The Niagara OPP had a serious clean-up job when early this morning (August 19) at 2:30 am, they were called to the scene of a crash on Highway 406.

When they arrived at the Fourth Ave exit in St. Catharines, they found a 20-year-old driver with a G2 licence and an open bottle of vodka in the SUV.

The OPP said the driver blew three times the legal limit.

“Amazingly, no one was injured,” they tweeted. The driver has been charged with impaired and driving over 80 mg.
