Halton Region:

  • Chartwell Lakeshore Retirement Home at 5314 Lakeshore Rd, Burlington - 1 total cases (1 resident). Outbreak declared on December 3.
  • The Village of Tansley Woods Retirement Home at 4100 Upper Middle Rd, Burlington - No cases reported. Outbreak declared on December 3.
  • Amica Georgetown Retirement Home at 224 Maple Ave, Georgetown - No cases reported. Outbreak declared on December 4.
  • Delmanor Glen Abbey Retirement Home at 1459 Nottinghill Gate, Oakville - 1 total cases (not specified). Outbreak declared on December 4.
  • Extendicare Halton Hills Long Term Care Home at 9 Lindsay Ct, Georgetown - No cases reported. Outbreak declared on December 4.

Hamilton:

  • Heritage Green Nursing Home at 353 Isaac Brock Drive, Stoney Creek - 1 total cases (1 staff). Outbreak declared on December 1.
  • The Wellington Nursing Home at 1430 Upper Wellington St, Hamilton - 1 total cases (1 staff). Outbreak declared on December 4.
