The following is a summary of positive COVID-19 cases reported at grocery store and supermarket locations throughout the past week, as well as the dates they were reported on.

From April 11 to 17, cases were reported at the following locations:

  • Food Basics, 500 Laurier Ave, Milton – April 12, 2021 – The employee last worked on March 31
  • Longo’s, 3455 Wyecroft Road, Oakville – April 12, 2021 – The two employees last worked on April 3 and 6
  • Shoppers Drug Mart, 252 Queen Street, Acton – April 12, 2021 – The two employees last worked on April 3 and 9
  • Food Basics, 478 Dundas St W, Oakville – April 12, 2021 – The employee last worked on April 5
  • Fortinos, 5111 New Street, Burlington – April 13, 2021 – The employee last worked on April 7
  • Real Canadian Superstore, 201 Oak Park Drive, Oakville – April 16, 2021 – The employee last worked on April 3
  • Fortinos, 1059 Plains Rd E, Burlington – April 17, 2021 – The two employees last worked on April 7 and 15
