A driver from Ajax “just doesn’t care” according to Toronto OPP after he was stopped twice for impaired driving by both the OPP and Durham police.
The driver, 55, was first stopped Saturday night (March 12) by DRPS and charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood-alcohol-content over 80.
According to the OPP, the man then got a second vehicle from his home and was caught driving impaired again early Sunday morning (March 13) by Toronto OPP.
The man’s license has been suspended for 30 days and his vehicle was impounded for two weeks. The man will remain in custody until a bail hearing.
