Although the technical issues that plagued Air Canada passengers (during March Break, no less) all have been resolved, some travelers are still experiencing significant delays.
We can confirm airport systems, check-in & customer call centres are now all back online. We’re expecting some flight delays but we’re getting everyone on their way. Please check your flight status before going to the airport. We thank customers for their patience

Air Canada says it has resolved the computer-telecommunications issues that affected operations earlier today, but that there will be delays and some cancellations due to the outage.
The airline says customers are advised to check the status of their flight and check-in online at aircanada.com before going to the airport.
The airline also says its flexible rebooking policy will allow customers to rebook at no fee.
“The computer and telecommunications issues affecting our operations have been resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused. We appreciate our customers’ patience and we have arranged additional staffing to get our customers on their way as soon as possible,” said Benjamin Smith, President, Passenger Airlines at Air Canada.
Shortly after noon, the airline announced that it was experiencing technical difficulties.
We're currently experiencing an interruption at our customer Contact Centres and https://t.co/9y0kvWG2OP. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working towards restoring our service as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Others are just happy it’s over
Of all the days to travel… but kudos to @AirCanada staff at #YUL for keeping things moving as much as possible… and to passengers for maintaining civility. System finally back up = light at end of tunnel#aircanada pic.twitter.com/qC8961AcUA
