Acton resident ‘couldn’t believe’ $100,000 lotto win

Dominik Chalupka from Acton has just won $100,000 from the Feb. 2, 2022, Lotto 6/49 draw.

The father of two told OLG he has been playing the lottery for over 30 years.

“I checked my ticket at the gas station and couldn’t believe it. I checked it twice!” he said while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.

Chalupka told OLG he plans to treat himself with the win. “I am excited.”

The winning ticket was purchased at Acton Town Milk on Main St. in Acton.
