Acton resident celebrating lotto win

Paolo (Paul) Trichilo of Acton is celebrating after winning $56,472 with POOLS (Football Pools Card #69, List #1351).
“I play POOLS regularly during football season and sometimes hockey season,” Trichilo told OLG. “It’s a combination of luck and knowing the game.”
According to OLG, the married construction worker and father of two knew he was winning while he was watching the games.
“I didn’t know how much I was winning until the last game,” Trichilo told OLG. “I was excited. I didn’t sleep that night!”
“My wife was floored and so excited for me,” Trichilo added. “This win is a really good feeling. It will come in handy.”
The 40-year-old plans to pay some bills with his winning.
