A Swiss Chalet location in Mississauga has closed

It’s the end of an era for a Swiss Chalet location in Mississauga.
The location at 6430 Erin Mills Pkwy has closed, which means that Mississauga residents who would like to dine in or order takeout will have to do so from other Swiss Chalet locations scattered throughout the city.
For many, Swiss Chalet is a nostalgic restaurant and a go-to for comfort food, particularly around the holidays when they can indulge in festive combos.
Swiss Chalet is best known for its rotisserie chicken, beloved Chalet sauce, ribs, roast beef, sandwiches, salads and a variety of sides.
While a comment online indicates that the restaurant is moving to Meadowvale Town Centre (MTC), a representative from MTC was unable to confirm the rumour.
Fortunately, though, for those who enjoy frequenting the restaurant, eight Swiss Chalet locations remain in Mississauga.
