A power outage is in effect this morning in Mississauga.

Alectra reports that approximately 549 homes and businesses are without power.

The area effected is Centre View Drive to Burnhamthorpe Road West from Confederation Pkwy to Mavis Road.

A crew has been dispatched and power is estimated to return between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
