Iconic Mississauga Family Restaurant Gem Opening Second Location

Interesting news, everyone.

It appears that Mississauga fish and chips joint Friend’s Fish and Chips Family Restaurant on Lakeshore Blvd. is closing down to make room for, believe it or not, a second Bobby’s Hideaway location.

According to signage spotted at the restaurant, Friend’s will be closing down today (Oct. 31) to make way for Bobby’s expansion that is set to open in February 2017.

For those who don’t know, Bobby’s Hideaway is a near-iconic Streetsville gem that’s famous for its all-day breakfast.
