A Huge Home Goods Store is Closing Down in Mississauga

There's no way around it—it's a tough time for brick and mortar retail outlets and it looks like Mississauga residents are about to lose another go-to store.
The Heartland Town Centre Home Outfitters, located on Britannia Road, is closing down.
The major store, which is operated by The Hudson's Bay Company and occupies a vast array of space, will be closing in October, according to a store representative.
The brand offers everything from Soda Streams and coffee makers to furniture and home decor.
Clearance sales have already begun, so it's best to visit the store sooner rather than later to get your hands on some discounted goods.
After the closure, Mississauga shoppers will have to hit the Home Outfitters locations on Vega Blvd. (Dundas and the 403).
The Square One Home Outfitters location also shuttered its doors somewhat recently.
Heartland Town Centre says it cannot provide information on what retailer might be moving into the space at this time.
