A dozen Pickering school bus routes and just 24 for all Durham Region cancelled today

There are just six school bus cancellations in Clarington today (April 26) involving three schools, while cancellations in the rest of Durham have been limited to just Pickering (12) and Ajax (6).

Most routes throughout the region are running and are on time.

Three routes to St. Wilfred Catholic School in Pickering are not running today, along with a morning and an afternoon run at Valley Farm, Maple Ridge and Bayview Heights public schools and Dunbarton High School. One afternoon run at Pine Ridge Secondary has also been cancelled.

In Ajax there are routes going to Bolton Falby, St. Bernadette and Ajax High School cancelled, while some routes going to The Pines Intermediate and Clarke High School, Newcastle and John James public schools have also been cancelled.
