Home, vehicle on Hamilton’s West Mountain targeted with gunfire

A home and a vehicle parked at the residence on Hamilton’s West Mountain were the targets of gunfire Thursday night.
Police responded to the area of Garth St. and Rymal Rd. shortly after 11 p.m.
The vehicle was reportedly unoccupied at the time of the shooting; however, there were individuals inside the home.
No physical injuries have been reported.
“Investigators are appealing to residents of the area to check their surveillance cameras for any suspicious activity around the time of the shooting,” said the Hamilton Police Service.
