Uxbridge country club estate tops the list for most expensive homes sold in Durham last month

A literal country club estate in Uxbridge topped the list for most expensive homes sold in Durham Region last month, with a 7,500 sq. ft luxury home on Country Club Crescent selling for $2.85 million.
The home, located at 4 Country Club Crescent, features a custom kitchen with porcelain tops and backsplash, a great room with fireplace, four bedrooms (all with their own ensuites), a mudroom with a ‘pet shower’ and fully equipped gym and theatre rooms.
The home is in the gated Wyndance community.
Number two on the list is 6,000 sq. ft of luxury living space at 732 West Shore Blvd. in Pickering.
The home is four levels with an elevator to each level, has four fireplaces, a spa bath and plenty of custom upgrades. The house sold for $2,550,000.
Number three is 600 Fralicks Beach Road in Scugog, near the north end of Scugog Island. This waterfront home boasts five bedrooms, 118 feet of shoreline, impeccably landscaped grounds, a hot tub and custom fireplace outside and lots of upgrades inside. The bungalow sold for $2.4 million.

Fourth on the list for most expensive homes sold in Durham last month is 64 Woodbridge Circle in Port Perry, which also sold for $2.4 million.
