Marion Richardson was shaken during what she describes as a “regular Friday morning.”

The 75-year-old played the Instant Diamond 7s game from Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG).

“I was enjoying my coffee when I decided to check my tickets,” she said. “When I realized I won, I began to shake – the feeling was unreal!”

Richardson won the $77,777 top prize.

The first person she told was her nephew.

“Everyone is so happy for me,” she smiled.

Richardson says she plans to buy some furniture, donate, and share her winnings.

“I feel very blessed,” she concluded.

The winning ticket was purchased at City Convenience on Crockett St. in Hamilton.

Instant Diamond 7s can be played for $5. The odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.68.
