Time is running out to claim the winning Lotto 6/49 ticket that was sold in Mississauga worth $1 million.

Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG) says the ticket was purchased for the Oct. 16, 2021, draw.

OLG says one player matched all nine numbers to win the guaranteed $1 million prize.

“The owner or owners of this ticket should fill in the back portion, sign it, and contact the support centre at 1-800-387-0098,” issued OLG in an official media release.

Players have one year to claim a winning ticket before it becomes void.

Tickets can be checked using the OLG app or by using an in-store ticket scanner.
