Suspect sought after Ajax man seriously injured in stabbing

Police are searching for this woman after a man was stabbed in his Ajax home. - via DRPS.

The suspect of a stabbing that left an Ajax man with serious wounds remains at large.

The victim, a 21-year-old man, was stabbed in his home on September 26 shortly before 10 a.m. By the time Durham Regional Police officers arrived they found the victim suffering serious, but non-lethal injuries.

The suspect, known only as Brianna to the victim, had already taken off from the home when police showed up having fled on foot. A police search of the immediate area discovered nothing.

Investigators describe Brianna as a Black woman with black hair in a bun. She wore a blue and white shirt and black pants with white stripes down the side. She was also carrying a blue jacket or sweater.
