Lincoln man charged for indecent act in West Lincoln business

Niagara Police have charged a Lincoln man for an indecent act in a West Lincoln business on September 22.

On that day, the man entered the business and was spotted by female staffers committing an indecent act. When called out, he quickly left.

Police subsequently identified him and arrested him yesterday (September 25).

William Vanbrederode, 52, of Lincoln has been charged with committing an indecent act in a public place.

He was held in custody and attended a video bail hearing today at the courthouse in St. Catharines.
